Edinburgh AWI applications given dedicated web support

The Guardianship Court at Edinburgh Sheriff Court (and the associated Adults with Incapacity User Group) now has a dedicated web page for applications lodged at that court under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.

The page has links to the legislation and the practice note covering such applications, as well as minutes of user group meetings and other useful links.

It can be accessed via the Edinburgh Sheriff Court homepage of the Scottish Courts website. A link to the Guardianship Court hub can be found on the top right side of that page.
