Four arrive as Morisons announces expansion

21st April 2016 | careers

Law firm Morisons has announced an associate promotion along with four solicitor appointments across its business.

Hayley Wilson, who has been with the firm for three years, is promoted to associate in the firm's real estate team. A member of Women in Property, she specialises in all aspects of commercial property in Scotland.

Joining her from First Title Insurance is Kirsty Findlater, who has been appointed a solicitor with the team – and who originally served her traineeship with the firm.

The other solicitor appointments are Kirsty Anderson, who joins the personal injuries team after five years with the procurator fiscal’s office in Edinburgh; Tom Hempleman, who moves from Anderson Strathern to Morisons' disputes team; and newly qualified Leanne Hammell, who joins the private client team following completion of her traineeship with McClure Solicitors.

Managing partner Peter Duff commented: “Our latest appointments bring a fresh dynamic and a vibrancy to the firm, as well as assisting our continued growth. They are all extremely talented individuals and I am sure will play an important role in the business going forward.”
