Four lawyers among Pensions Appeal Tribunal appointments
Four lawyers are among 14 new members appointed by the Lord President to the Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland.
David McNaughtan, advocate, Robert Milligan QC, David Short, solicitor, and Nick Gardiner, advocate have been named as legal members.
They were chosen along with four services members: Col Stuart Campbell, Lt Col William Lindsay, Col Pat Wellington and Ft-Lt Lee Bryden; three general medical members: Dr James O’Neill, Dr Richard Hardie and Dr Taru Patel; and three psychiatric members: Dr Tim Dalkin, Dr Paul Cavanagh and Dr Ross Hamilton.
The appointments, which followed a recruitment exercise, came into effect on 11 January 2018.
