From Legal Walk to Legal Bake: Foundation's next fundraiser

Lawyers with any sort of talent for baking are invited to join in the Great Legal Bake early next month to help raise funds for free legal advice services.

The Access to Justice Foundation, which holds the Legal Walks around the UK as fundraising events, also runs the Great Legal Bake to help brighten the winter days, and this year's event takes place from 1 to 5 February.

It only needs at least one person to do some baking and sell it to raise funds for free legal advice in your own area. Sales can be savoury or sweet (though both is best, the Foundation says!), large or small, and involve everyone in multiple offices to just a small group of friends.

Last year teams raised over £10,000 for the provision of legal advice services to people in need and unable to afford it. 

The Foundation will provide a free fundraising pack including posters, flyers and other branded items which you can use to publicise your event.
