Gillespie Macandrew moves to larger Glasgow office
Legal firm Gillespie Macandrew has expanded its Glasgow base with the opening of new premises in the city centre, less than four years since it first moved into the city.
The new office, at 163 West George Street, more than doubles its footprint in Glasgow. Headed by commercial property partner Greg Peebles and construction and dispute resolution partner Isobell Reid, the Glasgow team has seen considerable growth since it was established in 2015, and now serves a commercial real estate, housebuilder, energy, and land and rural client base in the west.
The expansion forms part of the firm’s strategy to grow its Glasgow presence across its core areas of practice, which also include private client.
CEO Robert Graham-Campbell commented: “This is a much-needed new home for our team and a base from which we aim to grow and consolidate our presence in Glasgow. This expanded space demonstrates our continued commitment to the west, and will allow us to serve our clients better across Scotland.”
The firm also has offices in Edinburgh and Perth.
