Government calls for information for SARs review
The UK Government has published a call for information as part of its review of the suspicious activity reports (SARs) regime, as part of the UK Anti-Corruption Plan distributed last December.
This presents an opportunity to shape the future of the SARs regime and the Law Society has set up a short online survey to allow you to record your views.
It will arrange to pass comments on to the Home Office and your feedback will also help to shape the Society’s own response.
You can complete the Society’s survey by clicking here, by 20 March 2015.
