Harper Macleod signs family law partner
Legal firm Harper Macleod has added to its family law team with the recruitment of partner Jenny Smith from Family Law Matters.
Ms Smith, an accredited family law specialist, is dual qualified in Scots and English law and has a particular interest in the financial issues arising from separation and divorce. She is trained in collaborative practice and tutors family law and professional ethics at Strathclyde University. She is also a member of the Family Law Association, Consensus Scotland and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
