Iain Nisbet rejoins former colleague in move to Cairn Legal

Cairn Legal, a Glasgow based practice which specialises in helping families affected by learning disaiblity, dementia, mental health and brain injury, has added an education law expertise to its practice with the arrival of Iain Nisbet as a consultant.

Formerly with Govan Law Centre, Mr Nisbet is a specialist in education law, with particular expertise in additional support needs, equality in education and Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC).

Nicola Smith, principal solicitor at Cairn Legal, is also a former colleague of Mr Nisbet at Govan Law Centre and the two have continued to work in the field of social welfare law.
