Judge Forrester to deliver Macfadyen Lecture on Brexit theme

The complex judicial and legal implications of the UK's impending departure from the European Union will be the focus of this year's Macfadyen Lecture, organised by the Scottish Council of Law Reporting.

Judge Ian Forrester, a UK judge of the General Court of Justice of the European Union, will deliver the lecture, held annually in honour of the late Lord Macfadyen, from 6pm on Thursday 8 March 2018 at the Royal Society of Edinburgh in George Street. His title is "Brexit: a judicial view".
