Lady Hale to give Macfadyen Lecture
Lady Hale, President of the UK Supreme Court, will deliver the 2019 Macfadyen Lecture in Edinburgh next month.
Organised by the Scottish Council of Law Reporting, the lecture is held annually in honour of the late Court of Session judge Lord Macfadyen (Donald Macfadyen).
Lady Hale's topic is "What is the UK Supreme Court for?" The lecture will be givem in the Signet Library, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, on Thursday 28 March from 6pm.
