Lindsays hires Glasgow corporate partner

Legal firm Lindsays has added to its corporate team based in Glasgow with the appointment of Ian Mitchell as a partner.

Formerly a senior associate at Shepherd & Wedderburn, Mr MitchellI has 20 years’ experience in relation to corporate transactions and commercial contract work, advising large corporates, owner-managed businesses, investors and companies raising investment, public sector bodies, funders and charities. He has particular experience in relation to private equity investment, having acted for the Scottish Investment Bank for 10 years.
