Malone sets up own arbitration practice
Brandon Malone, chair of the Scottish Arbitration Centre, has set up his own practice advising on arbitration and commercial dispute resolution.
A solicitor advocate, Mr Malone was previously a partner in McClure Naismith. Among other positions, he is also a visiting lecturer in arbitration law on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Aberdeen University, in international commercial arbitration law at Edinburgh University, and in dispute resolution techniques on the construction law LLM course at Strathclyde University. He is a co-director of the International Centre for Energy Arbitration.
His new practice, Brandon Malone & Co, is based in Penicuik, Midlothian.
