Marks & Clerk expands Edinburgh offering
Marks & Clerk, the UK’s largest firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, has boosted its presence in the capital by adding to its trade marks team.
Kirsten Coetzee joins Marks & Clerk – which has three Scottish offices – as a trade mark practitioner based in Edinburgh. He will advise a number of the firm’s existing clients in sectors including food & drink, fashion, retail, sport and leisure.
Campbell Newell, Edinburgh office managing partner, said: “With demand for IP services continuing to grow across Scotland, expanding the Edinburgh team has been a real priority.
“Kirsten will be a valuable addition to Marks & Clerk as we look to build on our existing strengths and continue to grow our offering to clients.”
In total, Marks & Clerk employs 32 patent and trade mark professionals across its offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
