McClure Naismith adds to London team
Commercial law firm McClure Naismith has recruited two specialists to its London office.
Phillip Rees, an expert in international outsourcing, IP/IT, privacy and legal business process, technology solutions, joins as a consultant with a national advisory brief. His 30-year career includes senior in-house and international partner roles. He was the founding head of legal for Citigroup’s operations/technology and privacy functions in Europe and was previously head of commercial/TMT and privacy in EMEA for the US law firm McGuire Woods.
Michelle Kershaw joins McClure Naismith from Nabarro to become director of real estate. She has advised a wide range of blue chip corporate and private clients on investment, development, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. The firm said her appointment reflected marked growth in demand for its real estate services.
