MMS appoints white collar crime specialist associate

Legal firm Maclay Murray & Spens (MMS) has announced the appointment of business and white collar crime specialist James McMillan as an associate in its commercial dispute resolution department.

Mr McMillan, who moves from MacRoberts, brings extensive experience in advocacy relating to fatal accident inquiries, health and safety, and white collar crime prosecutions. He joins the firm’s fraud, investigations and business crimes team led by counter fraud specialist Craig Kennedy.
