Morisons take on McClures dispute team
Glasgow and Edinburgh legal firm Morisons has appointed a five-strong dispute team, formerly with McClure Naismith which went into administration at the end of August.
Partner Ewen Brown joins as head of disputes, along with associates Alan McCormack, Carol Boyd and David Forrester, and recently qualified assistant David McAlpine. The team bring considerable experience in the commercial and property litigation sector. David Forrester will work closely with Morisons’ asset recovery team representing secured lenders.

The five will operate from both Morisons' offices with immediate effect.
Morisons now has 19 partners and around 100 staff.
