Mortgage director appointment for Aberdein Considine

Legal firm Aberdein Considine has strengthened its national financial services team with the appointment of Kevin Gardiner as mortgage operations director.

Mr Gardiner brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services and joins from First Mortgage. He has also held senior positions with Standard Life. During his career he has undertaken a range of roles including financial planning consultant, mortgage and protection adviser, branch manager, and coaching and development manager, in addition to having responsibility for compliance and regulatory matters.

He will be based at the Aberdeen-headquartered firm’s new Edinburgh office in Multrees Walk, taking on overall responsibility for all mortgage operations and mortgage advisers across 20 offices.
