Mundell address to mark devolution anniversary

The Secretary of State for Scotland, David Mundell MP, is to give an address at Glasgow University to mark the 20th anniversary of the passing of the Scotland Act 1998.

Mr Mundell will speak next Monday morning, 19 November, from 9am. The official invitation is copied below and it is understood that it is open to applications to attend.
