North east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace has made two senior appointments to the corporate department in its Aberdeen headquarters.

Alasdair Smith joins as a partner to head the department going forward. Formerly a partner with Burness Paull, he has more recently worked in-house with Pipelines 2 Data, a local oil and gas service company,

Gordon Davidson joins the firm as a consultant. For 10 years until 1998 a partner with legacy firm Clark & Wallace, he was then a partner for 14 years with Paull & Williamsons and more recently a consultant with Burness Paull.

Keith Allan, managing partner, stated: “We are delighted to be able to bring in Alasdair and Gordon, particularly given their level of experience and reputation. They will be extremely valuable additions to our partner-led firm, and will complement the first class service we endeavour to provide to our corporate clients."
