Partner promotion at Gillespie Macandrew

Legal firm Gillespie Macandrew has promoted corporate and commercial lawyer Chris Gibson to partner.

Mr Gibson manages a broad range of work including acquisitions and investments, and has particular expertise working with high growth businesses having assisted several clients in the digital technology sector to scale up their businesses and achieve a successful exit. A dual qualified English and Scottish lawyer who has practised in both jurisdictions, he works with clients throughout the UK.
