Pinsent Masons promotes four in Scotland to legal director
International law firm Pinsent Masons has announced the promotion of four Scottish lawyers to legal director.
Glasgow-based Susannah Donaldson, Elaine MacGregor and Katherine Metcalfe, along with Edinburgh colleague Pamela Gilmour are advanced from senior associate.
Ms Donaldson is an employment law specialist with a strong focus on complex employment litigation, discrimination and gender equality issues; Ms MacGregor advises on investment funds and has wide ranging experience in private equity, real estate, debt finance and infrastructure deals; Ms Metcalfe is a litigator specialising in advice on health and safety, fire safety and environmental matters; and Ms Gilmour is experienced in advising lenders and corporates in all aspects of banking and finance, including structured real estate finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance transactions.
