Private client partner to join Balfour+Manson

Legal firm Balfour+Manson is adding to its private client department with the appointment of Karen Phillips as a partner.

Ms Phillips, who joins the firm from Brodies in June, has extensive experience of all areas of private client work including wills and complex executries as well as tax and estate planning, charities, trusts and incapacity related issues.

A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, she has a particular interest in personal injury trusts, incapacity law and care.
