Raeburn Christie appoints three to private client team

30th January 2018 | careers

North-east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace has made three solicitor appointments in its private client team: two in its main Aberdeen office and one in Banchory.

Michael Kusznir and Fiona Mackintosh have joined the department at Albyn Place, Aberdeen, while Gillian Smith has taken a position in the firm’s Banchory branch.

Mr Kusznir joined the firm from Claphams Solicitors in Clarkston, East Renfrewshire where he has worked for the last two and a half years. He is particularly interested in legal rights and social care planning, and also has experience in conveyancing, litigation and matrimonial law.

Ms Mackintosh was previously based at the firm’s Stonehaven branch for three years. In Albyn Place she will provide a range of private client service including wills, powers of attorney and executry administration.

Having lived in the Banchory area for 20 years, Ms Smith will advise clients there on matters including wills, powers of attorney and trusts. She also has residential property experience.

Head of the private client department, Douglas Crombie commented: "This follows a period of continued success for the department. I am delighted our team has been strengthened by the addition of these three new solicitors."
