Roddy Dunlop QC elected Faculty treasurer
Roddy Dunlop QC has been elected treasurer of the Faculty of Advocates.
Mr Dunlop was admitted to Faculty in 1998 and took silk in 2010. He has a wide and varied caseload.
The post of treasurer became vacant on the appointment of Alan Summers QC, treasurer since 2012, as a Senator of the College of Justice.
Mr Dunlop said: “I am delighted and honoured to be appointed Faculty treasurer, a post in which I have an illustrious series of predecessors, and I hope to continue the good work of Alan Summers.”
