Rural associate appointment at Gillespie Macandrew

Legal firm Gillespie Macandrew has appointed Viktoria Wahle as an associate in its land and rural business team, based in its Perth office.

Ms Wahle, who joins from Stronachs, qualified in 2002 and is highly experienced in agricultural and rural property matters, including agricultural tenancies, and the acquisition and sale of country houses, estates, forestry and farms and security transactions. She has also acted for landowners and developers in projects including wind turbine developments, hydro schemes and solar power developments.

A member of the Agricultural Law Association and a graduate of the Scottish Enterprise Rural Leadership Programme 2016-17, she has served as a tutor and latterly senior tutor on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University for several years.
