Session Cases announces new editorial team

Session Cases, the official series of law reports in Scotland, has a new editor and deputy editor, the Scottish Council of Law Reporting which publishes the series has announced.

Julius Komorowski, advocate has been apponted to succeed Andrew Stewart QC as editor, following Mr Stewart's elevation to the bench as Lord Ericht. Mr Stewart served as editor for 15 years.

Emma Toner, advocate has also been appointed deputy editor in place of Alison Stirling, advocate..
