Shepherd & Wedderburn take rural team trio from Stronachs

Along with Mr Lean, an acknowledged expert in rural and agricultural matters and an accredited specialist in agricultural law, in senior associate Emma Robertson and solicitor Alex Smith have made the move.
Ms Robertson has more than 15 years’ experience in the agricultural and rural law sector, and also acts in onshore renewable energy matters for developers and landowners. Ms Smith work includes rural property matters and renewable energy projects.
All three appointments take effect from today (3 April). Earlier this year Shepherd & Wedderburn announced its acquisition of the Commercial Law Practice (CLP), an Aberdeen business law firm.
