Simpson & Marwick adds to property team
Legal firm Simpson & Marwick has announced two senior hires to join its property team.
Euan Allan and Alison Grandison began with the firm on 1 July as consultant and associate respectively. Both move from Shoosmiths (formerly Archibald, Campbell & Harley).
Ms Grandison specialises in residential conveyancing, both for private individuals, and in property acquisitions across Scotland for a property investment company and other active property investors.
Mr Allan's areas of expertise are in representing residential developers, owner managed businesses, private pension funds, banks and a wide range of private clients both in the UK and abroad in all aspects of the acquisition, leasing and disposal of property in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Property team partner Richard Loudon commented: "I have been aware for many years of the quality of legal advice that Euan and Alison give to their many loyal clients and was delighted when the opportunity arose to offer to them the added resources of our leading estate agency brand, website and reputation."
