SYLA "Preparing for Success" series runs again
The Scottish Young Lawyers' Association is holding its "Preparing for Success" career seminar event again, at four locations around Scotland beginning this week in Aberdeen.
Hosted by Sharri Plimbley of recruitment consultants Plimbley Associates, the talks will cover topics including the legal jobs market, NQ recruitment, CV tips and interview preparation, and aim to offer tips to lawyers at all stages of their careers.
The events take place in:
- Aberdeen, at the Society of Advocates in Aberdeen, Broad Street, on Wednesday 22 November from 6-8.30pm (including Christmas social);
- Glasgow, at the Royal Faculty of Procurators, Nelson Mandela Place, on Wednesday 29 November fom 6-8pm;
- Edinburgh, at the Law Society of Scotland offices, 144 Morrison Street, on Tuesday 5 December from 6-8pm;
- Dundee, at Braes Below, Perth Road, on Thursday 7 December from 6-8pm.
