Tax tribunal changes come into effect

From today the Tax Chamber within the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland takes on the functions and members of the former First–tier Tax Tribunal for Scotland.

Anne Scott is the new Chamber President.

The Upper Tax Tribunal is also abolished and replaced by the Upper Tribunal for Scotland.
