Thorntons appoints Kirkcaldy associate

Legal firm Thorntons has expanded its Kirkcaldy team with the appointment of Zoe Stevenson as an associate.

Previously a partner at McEwan Fraser Legal, Ms Stevenson started her career as a trainee with a predecessor of Clarkson Hamilton, which merged with Thorntons in June 2016. She specialises in property and private client work, but also has significant experience in family law.

Grant Hamilton, partner at Thorntons in Kirkcaldy, commented: “It’s great to have Zoe back. She started her career as a trainee with Baird & Co, which then changed its name to Clarkson Hamilton, and now she’s rejoined Thorntons!"

Ms Stevenson responded: “I have nothing but fond memories of my time with Baird & Co and I feel very much back in familiar surroundings."
