Three lawyers join as Pagan Osborne recruits

25th November 2016 | careers

Legal firm Pagan Osborne has added to its legal expertise with new appointments to three teams.

Jennifer Broatch joins the company as a senior family law specialist. Previously with Lindsays, she has specialised in family law since 2005, advising in all areas including divorce and separation, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and child related matters. She is collaboratively trained.

Graham Sutherland becomes part of Pagan Osborne’s agriculture and estates team as a rural law specialist. With more than 25 years’ legal experience, he has worked across a number of areas, but brings significant experience of a range of agricultural matters including leasing related to wind farm developments.

Associate Emma Horne brings a wealth of tax and estate planning experience to the private client department, from working with Morisons, Turcan Connell and HBJ Gateley. She also has expertise in issues relating to adults with incapacity and sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s Mental Health & Disability Subcommittee.

A further six appointments have been made across the support and administrative functions of the business.
