TLT appoints two to Scottish real estate team

UK law firm TLT has continued to grow its Real Estate team in Scotland with the appointment of Joanna Hamilton as legal director and Stephanie Hands as solicitor.

Ms Hamilton's experience in advising businesses, notably developers, utilities and energy firms, on a wide range of property matters will support TLT’s UK-wide real estate offering as well as the continued growth of its practice in Scotland. Prior to joining TLT, she held roles at Shepherd & Wedderburn and before that, DWF.

Ms Hands specialises in commercial property transactions and joins TLT from Miller Samuel Hill Brown where she acted for a variety of commercial property clients.

The appointments follow the acquisition of Glasgow-based commercial real estate firm Leslie Wolfson & Co in October, and the appointments of partner Nick Shenken and associate Pamela Sealey.
