Two advocates appointed Queen's Counsel in England
Two members of the Faculty of Advocates have been apointed Queen's Counsel in England & Wales.
Andrew Smith, already a Queen's Counsel in Scotland, and John McKendrick are among the 107 successful applicants who will have the rank bestowed formally on them at a ceremony at Westminster Hall next month.
