Two partners head Anderson Strathern promotions round
Legal firm Anderson Strathern has announced further partner and other promotions across the practice.
Douglas McLachlan, an accredited specialist in public procurement law who joined Anderson Strathern from DWF in 2015 and whose expertise also includes IP/IT and competition law, becomes a partner, following the promotion earlier this month of Martin Campbell, head of the firm’s specialist tax practice.
Advancing from associate to senior associate are Margaret Coady and Jon McGee (both in commercial real estate), and Gary Burton, Tom Docherty and Dominic Scullion (all in dispute resolution).
Sophie Noble (Rural), Scott Flannigan and Natalie McCartney (both dispute resolution) are promoted from senior solicitor to associate; and promoted from solicitor to senior solicitor are Ailidh Callander and Lindsay Robertson (both dispute resolution), Mandy Armstrong and Robin Turnbull (both employment), and Jane Pendry (commercial real estate).

Three trainees have also been taken on as solicitors in the firm: Tom Croy (corporate), Geum Chrystal (rural) and Katie Kearney (dispute resolution).
