Two partners retire at Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace

2nd June 2015

Two longserving partners at Aberdeen-based law firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) have retired after many years' service with the practice.

Verity Jenner and Keith Napier, both heads of department, have a total of 63 years' service to RCC&W between them.

Head of the family law department for more than 25 years, Ms Jenner Verity has been with the practice for 38 years in all. Trained in the collaborative process and accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a family law mediator, she will continue to work as a consultant to RCC&W until the end of the year when she will fully retire and dedicate more time to her dogs and dressage horses. All enquiries will now be directed to her successors, Faye Donald and Fiona Coutts.

Mr Napier trained with AC Morrison & Richards, where he became a partner, and then worked as an in-house solicitor before joining RCC&W as head of the corporate department in 1990. He plans to continue studying the law, but is also looking forward to spending more time enjoying architecture, music and literature. All enquiries will now go through his successor, Ross Gardner, partner and new head of the corporate department.

RCC&W said it was very grateful to both the retirees for their dedication and loyalty to the firm and its employees and clients alike.
