I'm Alan Wardrop, Founder and CEO of My Executor Box, an award winning platform to improve and modernise estate planning, probate and confirmation in LegalTech.

My Executor Box was created after my 40 years career in financial services, including; working for banks, building societies, insurance companies, and owning my own wealth management business.

I was a director of Fitzroy Wealth Management and sold the business to Ascot Lloyd in February 2020 in a multi million pound deal.

During my career, I've set up a number of financial services businesses for legal firms and saw first hand the poor provision in estate planning. Family members of the deceased would hand over supermarket plastic bags, full of old bank books and life insurance policies .They had no idea or knowledge if this was all the financial information in existence.
