Amy Cornelius

Amy is Of Counsel in the CMS Litigation and Arbitration team based in Edinburgh.  With extensive experience of the Scottish Court System, in particular the Court of Session, Amy advises on cases including contractual disputes; property related litigation; insolvency proceedings; Judicial Reviews; procurement challenges; and statutory/regulatory appeals.  She has also represented clients in public inquiries; expert determinations; adjudications and mediation.  

Amy has acted for clients across sectors including transport; real estate; healthcare; construction; public sector; food and drink; hotels and financial services, as well as clients in England & Wales; Ireland; Europe; the Middle East; and Mexico.
