Amy Ferguson

Senior Legal Project Manager
Burges Salmon

Amy Ferguson is a Senior Legal Project Manager at Burges Salmon, working as part of the Legal Project Management team to provide tailored solutions for lawyers and clients. Amy is a Scottish qualified lawyer with 10 years PQE in Disputes. Joining Burges Salmon in 2020 as a Prince2 Agile qualified project manager, Amy has the depth and breadth of litigation experience to understand the strategic, operational and legal objectives of the client. Amy works collaboratively with legal teams to create more efficient processes, deliver legal services effectively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.

Amy regularly leads a team of Legal Project Managers supporting the operational aspect of large and complex litigation matters. It is not unusual for her to be co-ordinating 180 lawyers across two law firms, overseeing the creation and implementation of joint working practices to ensure clients objectives are delivered consistently across multiple workstreams. Managing complex data transition requests, Amy has worked closely with e-disclosure providers to gather data and meet tight deadlines on multiple disclosure reviews, including one with over 1 million documents.
