Andrew Upton is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Harper Macleod LLP. He is a solicitor-advocate and is ranked in Chambers and Partners for Real Estate Litigation and as a Leading Partner by Legal 500 in Property Litigation.

Andrew has an active Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Lands Tribunal for Scotland and Scottish Land Court practice. He is particularly known for his work seeking rectification of land registered titles, variation of title conditions, access disputes and commercial tenancy disputes. In addition to his work for private individuals in respect of their homes, he is the principal property litigation contact for a number of local authorities and government agencies and is regularly instructed by corporate bodies in commercial leasing matters.
