Anne joined the Scottish Social Services Council in 2019 and is their Head of Legal and Corporate Governance. Prior to 2019, she was a senior manager at Angus Council where she led the property, contracts and information governance team. Anne has been a member of the Inhouse Lawyers Committee since 2020 and was appointed as Convenor in July 2025.
