Caitlyn Maccabe

Associate, Digby Brown

Caitlyn graduated in 2006 from Glasgow University with an LLB and obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2007. After leaving university, whilst seeking a traineeship, she volunteered teaching English abroad and carried out editorial work for legal publications. She then obtained work in a high street law firm, carrying out a mixture of legal and secretarial work.

Caitlyn commenced her traineeship in 2009. Since the outset of her traineeship, Caitlyn has specialised in personal injury claims relating to occupational diseases. She currently works as an Associate in the Industrial Disease team at Digby Brown solicitors.

Alongside her work, Caitlyn has recently completed a part-time LLM in Legal Practice.

Caitlyn is a member of the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal Committee.
