Caroline Gillespie

Caroline is a Partner and experienced member of our family law team based in our Glasgow office. Having practiced for over 30 years, Caroline is an experienced litigator, especially in both Court of Session and Sheriff Court.

Caroline's caseload comprises a broad range of family, child and matrimonial cases with renowned expertise in international child relocation and cohabitation claims, as well as complex financial provision cases.

Caroline has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law and child law. In addition to this, she is trained in Collaborative Law.

Caroline regularly speaks at high profile external conferences on family law and recently spoke on Brexit and family law and cross-border jurisdiction issues.
