Claudia Haisman-Green

Claudia has been a solicitor for more than 20 years and was most
recently a partner at top-50 law firm Birketts LLP. Claudia trained with
Herbert Smith Freehills (then known as Herbert Smith) and qualified
into their Commercial Property Team. After 7 years with the Firm, she
moved to Australia where she worked at Baker & McKenzie and Norton
Rose Fulbright. On returning to the UK, Claudia worked in the
Commercial Real Estate division at Forsters LLP in Mayfair before
relocating from London to Cambridge and joining Birketts in 2015. 

When Claudia started work at Birketts, (having previously worked only
in London and Sydney) she had little presence in the Cambridge and
East Anglian Real Estate market and had to put her BD skills to the test
and work hard to raise her profile, make contacts and win work whilst
at the same time delivering stellar work to her clients. Claudia was
promoted to partner in 2020 and led a team of 25 solicitors. 

Claudia has significant international experience having worked abroad
both in Germany and Australia and having lived in Germany and Mexico
in her youth.  Claudia is a fluent German speaker. 

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys long countryside walks with her young
family and Rosie the labrador, trips to the beach and gardening.
