Dale McFadzean has worked in Scottish Higher Education for over twenty years. He is currently an academic at the University of the West of Scotland and is the author of a number of successful student textbooks, as well as two separate volumes in the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia. Dale was the conference lead for the 80th Anniversary celebrations of Donoghue v Stevenson in 2012, held in Paisley, Scotland
