Donald Uttley

Don qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has practiced civil litigation since then. Don trained with Beveridge & Kellas, becoming an associate in 2010 and a partner in 2017. Don handles a broad range of civil disputes, but my particular interest is in family law. Much of his work is centred on resolving the financial and other practical issues arising from separation, including child residence and contact issues. Don's aim is always to have a compassionate but pragmatic approach when advising clients.
