Dr Deborah Benson

Deborah is an international consultant/trainer, and board director specialising in strategy, leadership and board dynamics. Working with large and small organisations, the focus is on leadership for transformation, developing strategies to deliver strong organisational performance. In addition to her own business, The Directors Convention, she has delivered to thousands of UK and international director delegates on the Institute of Director’s Chartered Director Programme, gaining rich insights into diverse sectors and industries.

Deborah also brings her own experience running £multi-million development companies, and over 20 years as a commercial director and NED /trustee for public sector organisations and charities.
