Robert is Research Lead at the Centre for Excellence for Children's Care and Protection (CELCIS) and leads our growing up in kinship care project. He is a socio-legal researcher, with an interest in the experiences and outcomes for children and young people who have care experience. In particular he is interested in the additional knowledge and understanding that the use of administrative data can provide to enhance our understanding of care journeys and outcomes.
