Duncan Osler

Duncan Osler is a Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP. He has extensive experience in advising on public procurement and regulatory compliance, public sector governance and best value requirements, alternative business models, outsourcing and subsidy control matters. He advises a wide range of government and public sector bodies, including local authorities and NHS Boards on all types of major procurements, including infrastructure and transport projects.

Duncan is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Public Procurement Law and chairs the Law Society’s panel for the accreditation of solicitors as Public Procurement Law Specialists. He is also Chair of the Procurement Lawyers Association and a member of the Policy Committee of Prosper.
