Ellen Eunson

Ellen is an experienced solicitor in our rural team, working from both our Aberdeen office and her home in Orkney. Through her family farming connections, she has an understanding of the practicalities of farming, and combines this with her legal knowledge to give her clients well-rounded advice.

Ellen advises on a wide range of rural property matters, including farm and estate sales and purchases, security work, agricultural tenancies and renewables. She also advises on partnership and succession planning. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Agricultural Law.
